- Mall hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 10am to 9pm Friday and Saturday, and noon to 7pm on Sunday. Mall walkers can enter from 6am to 10pm.
- Simon counts more than 325 stores and restaurants across 2.4 million square feet, plus two Westin hotels and three office towers on the property.
- Self-parking is free in seven garages, colour-named Yellow, Brown, Green, Orange, Red, Blue and Purple, with 13,000 spaces. There are nine valet stations; valet prices are not published.
- The Management Office at the Yellow Garage entrance lends wheelchairs free, Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.
- The full-size ice rink is on the Rink Level in the food court; the closest entrance is the Orange Garage at 5050 West Alabama. Public-skating admission includes skate rental; the rink's own site is the only place with current session times and prices.
