- Every performance is free, in both the covered seating and on the hill.
- Covered seats require a free assigned ticket. A portion goes online at 10am the day before the performance and stays available until noon on the day of the show or until they run out; the rest are handed out at the box office, which opens an hour before curtain.
- Each person may take a maximum of four tickets, and the person ordering must be 16 or older. Tickets cannot be reserved by phone unless accessible seating is needed.
- Hill seating is not ticketed and is first-come. Lawn chairs go to the left of the stage and blankets to the right. No glass containers, and no pets.
- Unoccupied covered seats are released to the waiting public at the publicised show time.
