What they actually say
- Bags must be no larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches. Diaper bags and medical bags are also permitted, and all bags are searched. Backpacks are prohibited.
- BinBox lockers for oversized bags are at the Jackson Street entrance and on the Skybridge at Tundra Garage Level 3. They take card or mobile payment only.
- Toyota Center is entirely cashless. Cash can be swapped for Virtual Currency at the Box Office through the Rockets app, but it only spends at concessions and is non-refundable.
- There is no re-entry. Once you leave you cannot return without an unused ticket.
- Personal cameras are allowed at some events if the lens is no longer than 4 inches and the flash is off. Video cameras and audio recorders need approval in advance.
- The adjoining garage holds about 2,500 spaces and is for suite and club seat holders with passes; roughly 10,000 spaces sit within a few blocks. The garage opens 90 minutes before doors.
