- Parking is ticketless and cashless - gates read your licence plate on the way in and bill on the way out, and you pay online with the plate number. You then have 30 minutes to exit after paying.
- The free window is much shorter at weekends: Monday to Thursday the first 60 minutes are free, but Friday to Sunday only the first 20 minutes are. After that it is $5/hour in both lots, with a $40 daily maximum, and rates reset at midnight.
- Rooftop access to Skylawn is ticketed after 5pm. Before 5pm it is free, which is what makes a late-afternoon visit the good one.
- Skylawn is a five-acre rooftop park and working farm, not just a viewing deck - it runs farm tours, wellness classes and live concerts.
- EV drivers get 30 minutes free for charging, but validation only exists Friday to Sunday; Monday to Thursday no validation is offered or needed because the first hour is already free.
